In February of 2019 Brian was asked to provide on set reference performances for the animal characters in Dolittle.  Robert Downey Jr portrays the titular Dr who can talk to the animals and Brian and his puppetry team talked back.

Working closely with the VFX department, Brian performed reference puppetry and guide dialogue for Polly and many of the other animals in the movie.
